Since 2008, Arvest Winterfest has been proudly rooted in the heart of downtown Tulsa—and has become a beloved holiday tradition for families across the region. With ice skating under the skyline, thrilling ice slides, and festive fun for all ages, it’s our way of bringing the community together to celebrate the magic of the holidays—Tulsa style.

Frequently Asked Questions

BOK Center does not own any parking areas. However, there are many available parking spots within a five-minute walk of Wintefest. All privately-owned lots determine the rate for parking. After 5pm, all on-street metered parking is free.
Skate sizes: We carry toddler size 8 up through adults size 15. Subject to availability.
Skating guides are available on-site to help children skate. They are free to use and are first come, first served.
What if I’m not planning on skating? If you are just coming to watch, you’re able to do so for free!
Time limits: Admission grants 90 minutes of ice time.
Refund policy: We do not offer refunds on skating admission.
For groups of 10 or more, we are able to provide a discounted rate when you pre-purchase 48 hours in advance. This is the ultimate way to celebrate the holidays and gather with friends, family or co-workers.
